This Forgiveness Workshop, for many, is one of the most challenging but most rewarding sessions in Restoration. We often have strong reactions when we come face to face with the memories of those who hurt us. Whether we choose to forgive or hold onto a grudge is a key factor to the degree of freedom we receive.
